It was my honor to serve as an on-site health industry consultant for the registrants—particularly first time registrants—at the Healthcare Supply Chain Association/Healthcare Industry Supply Chain Institute Expo held last week in Washington DC.
Curtis Rooney, President of HSCA, and Mike Copps, Executive Director of HISCI, and their teams did an outstanding job planning, executing, and serving registrants, speakers, panel members, and all other participants.
I left the meeting once again inspired by the high quality, dedicated, and amazing people who are attracted to and serve within America’s healthcare industry.
There are certainly challenges, problems and issues within healthcare in America. However, whether it be healthcare providers, suppliers, GPOs, distributors, or the many other segments within our huge and complex healthcare industry, the vast majority of these committed professionals serve day in and day out with excellence! They save thousands of lives on a daily basis. Each and every year, they improve the quality of life for tens of millions of Americans, and for many other people from around the world.
America, and the people within America, are blessed in a million different ways, 365 days a year, because of the dedication, commitment, and professionalism of these amazing people!
