Applies to Speaking Presentations, Facilitation, Consulting and any other purchased programs or services
- Your satisfaction with the performance and delivery of any program or service contracted directly through Dan Nielsen or his representatives is guaranteed. Please note, if you obtained the services of Dan Nielsen through a speakers bureau or any other entity, you must refer to the policies of that respective entity.
- If you are not satisfied with the program or service you have purchased directly through Dan Nielsen or his representatives, contact Dan Nielsen within 3 days of the event’s completion via the contact form below and he will endeavor to correct the situation and achieve your satisfaction. Dan does not believe there is a “one-size-fits-all” solution for every situation, so he will work with you on an individual basis to achieve your satisfaction.
Applies to Books, Printed Materials, Discs and any other physical products
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product obtained directly through Dan Nielsen or his representatives, he will accept the return of the product within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping and handling.
- If you purchased a Dan Nielsen product through a different distributor or third party, please refer to the return and refund policy of that entity.

Applies to Videos, Slides, Images, Recordings, Articles, E-Books and any other digitally downloaded products
- Digitally downloaded products are not returnable, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Dan Nielsen via the form below and he will endeavor to correct the situation and achieve your satisfaction.
Applies to any service or product that has a reoccurring fee, such as weekly, monthly, annually, or otherwise.
- If you are dissatisfied with a subscription service you have purchased directly through Dan Nielsen or his representatives, please contact Dan Nielsen via the form below and he will work with you to correct the situation and achieve your satisfaction.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, Dan will issue a refund or exchange for the remainder of your current subscription term.
