Early each morning of every business day, Caroline Anschutz is hard at work – serving you!

Lucky for you and nearly 20,000 other Dail-E News subscribers, Caroline loves what she does… and it shows! Caroline is an Industry Analyst for U.S. LifeLine and the Editor of Dail-E News (http://dailenews.mdsi.org/).

She is a talented aggregator of important information for nearly 20,000 healthcare supplier and provider professionals who read the Dail-E News.

In a recent far-ranging interview, Caroline must have told me at least 10 different times, “I love what I do!” “I love to research, I love to write and I love to provide important, timely information to our customers and clients.”

All experienced leaders know that people who love their work are normally very good at it… and so it is with Caroline.

An almost certain guarantee for a successful career and life is to find that which you love doing. Find that career… find that area of service that is a joy, honor and privilege on which to spend a lifetime of working and learning.

Have you found that work? Have you found that joy, honor and privilege? Have you found work, that is really not work, but a joy, honor and privilege in which to engage, serve and succeed?

Caroline’s work is solitary and demands high attention to detail. Her work demands a love for learning and intellectual stimulation. Her work demands the enjoyment of accomplishment and completion of work that truly makes a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Actions speak so much louder than words. Caroline

  • Is blessed to be able to research and write each day
  • Enjoys seeing the finished product go to customers and clients like you every day
  • Relishes in the enjoyment and fulfillment of learning – using her brain – each and every day
  • Loves talking with people like you and learning from people like you
  • Can’t wait to research and create the next Dail-E News – for you
  • Understands how very important it is to love what you do!
  • Says, “I am very proud of the product that goes out everyday!”

How about you and your team? Do you love what you do? Yes or no… I guarantee you it shows!

I asked Caroline what she would change if she could start over. She immediately answered, “That’s a very easy question for me…. I wouldn’t change a thing.” She then elaborated on her life journey and the positive influence of many people, including her dad. “My dad taught me so much about how to live your life… in the way he lived and the way he died. I do not want to look back and say ‘I wish.’ So, I try not to live my life that way… I wouldn’t change anything!”

“Everyone has ups and downs… if you can get through the downs and back to the ups… and if you are all still together (family, colleagues, friends, etc.), you must be doing alright.”

Toward the end of the interview, we discussed the importance of handling criticism. A writer’s work is “out there” for all to see, read and criticize.  Caroline provided yet another excellence perspective and great advice for those who desire great success. “As a writer, you can’t be afraid of criticism and you can’t take it personally… it must be a learning experience!”

And so it is with you and me.  We should not be afraid of criticism. We should handle criticism with the proper perspective… “It must be a learning experience!”

Caroline Anschutz is not just “a very good writer” although we need far more very good writers. Caroline is an aggregator of important information for those she serves, including you. As a result of her excellent attitude and love for her work, she is an important teacher who communicates through writing!

Caroline loves serving you and all Dail-E News subscribers – and it shows!

We thank you Caroline!
